Proprietary client inputs are processed via secure, non-training enterprise APIs.

Technical Handover is finalized upon receipt of the 100% project settlement. Ownership of deliverables transfers at this node.

We are not liable for business interruptions caused by third-party hosting failures (Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare).

Maintenance cycles cover bug fixes for 30 days post-deployment; architectural shifts are outside the support scope.

Source code access is granted for custom builds, excluding proprietary pre-existing Agency modules.

We provide no guarantee of specific numerical rankings; final placement is subject to third-party algorithmic variance.

Changes to search engine core updates or AI search summaries (Perplexity, SGE) are outside our technical control.

Digital visibility requires a minimum 90-day engagement for statistical significance and intent mapping.

Client is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of their owned properties and analytics access.

Direct operations on Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and Walmart are subject to the Terms of Service of those specific platforms.

The Agency is not liable for account suspensions, de-listings, or strikes originating from platform-specific policy changes.

Third-party API dependencies or platform-wide outages are exempted from our performance metrics.

Scaling logic and conversion strategies are based on current market intent and are subject to consumer behavior shifts.
